Polyfloral honey is obtained from the nectar of flowers of several plants that blooms in the same time of year (canola, acacia, fruit tree and other flowers).

Polyfloral honey is considered by the most specialists a complete honey which has in its composition the complex of vitamins B and C, minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron), enzymes and organic acids. Due to its glucose, sucrose and fructose content, polyfloral honey is easy to be assimilated. Its stimulated the appetite, improves digestion, helps the liver function and increase the percentage of hemoglobin in the blood. One, two teaspoons of honey taken in the morning, on an empty stomach, with a glass of water at room temperature, helps the digestion.
